Songs of Travel

Poems can conjure faraway places – places we’ve known in the past, places still familiar to us, and places we’ve never been before. In this workshop we will examine travel-poems and consider how they transport the reader over distances both geographic and emotional, while guided exercises will prompt new poems of travel.
