Writing can be a powerful tool to still the mind and promote relaxation. In this course we’ll explore different ways of using words to find calm and mindfulness. No writing experience is necessary. All you need is a pen, paper and a willingness to explore where the words take you. Alexandra is an experienced tutor with a strong interest in writing for wellbeing. She is a member of Lapidus, the Words for Wellbeing organisation.
