Lockers
We have several lockers in the Library that can be used to keep your property safe while you study.
These lockers are intended for temporary storage and we advise that you do not leave valuables in the locker.
We also request that you do not store unissued Library items in the lockers. Please borrow items before placing them in a locker.
How many lockers do we have?
Morrell
On the ground floor, past the Morrell lounge
Fairhurst
On the second floor in the Postgraduate Research Lounge
King's Manor
On the first floor in the Library
How to get a locker key
Morrell locker keys can be found above the Holdshelf, just pick one off the shelf and issue it to your account using the self-service machine (don't forget to de-tag the box once it's issued to your account using the machine next to the Holdshelf).
King's Manor Library locker keys can be collected from the Helpdesk.
The lockers in the Morrell and King's Manor Libraries can be borrowed under our regular flexible loans policy.
The Fairhurst locker keys for postgraduate students can be borrowed from the Morrell Helpdesk during full-service hours. We are currently trialling an 8 week loan period for postgraduate lockers.
