How Student Curators are developing our collections

The Library has two brilliant Student Curators working with us over the summer, developing our collections to platform Eastern European voices and Transgender voices.
Each year we run the See Yourself On the Shelf scheme, offering paid internships to students who can help us maker our materials richer and broader. Previous pieces of work have included Reimagining Africa by curator Kristen Harding, and Challenging Perceptions: Being Anti-Racist by Celia Edwards.
This year our Curators are Ania Kaczynska and Tilley Edney Harrison, and they've each written a blogpost to introduce you to their projects:
- Unveiling Eastern Europe, by Ania
- Let Them Speak - Platforming Transgender Voices, by Tilly
Keep an eye out for their reading lists and lib-guides to be published shortly, plus a physical display in the Library at the end of their internship.
