Eleana Kasoulide

PhD Candidate & Research Support Assistant (Adminstrative Fairness Lab)

Eleana joined the YLS community in 2023 as a research assistant for the Administrative Fairness Lab. She has worked on various projects including conducting interviews with Homes for Ukraine sponsors, studying backlogs and delays in public services, and looking at how the use of technology is affecting public law. 
Eleana is now completing her PhD alongside her research assistant role. She is trying to understand the process by which digital public services are developed and introduced by the government, with a particular focus on the DWP.
