A Visit Day is a chance for you to find out more about the Department, as well as see the beautiful York city centre and get a feel for our close knit campus structure.
These events are specifically aimed at those who have received an offer of a place to study with us via UCAS. You will meet with our Admissions Tutors as well as senior lecturing staff and find out all the answers you need to know about what it is like studying at York.
Visit Days give you the opportunity to meet the academics that make up our Department and learn for yourself why we are rated 1st in the UK for research in linguistics.
