Department wins 3 YUSU Excellence in Teaching and Supervision awards 2014

Two staff awards and one departmental award in 2014 ceremony

The Department of Language and Linguistic Science brought home three awards at the YUSU Excellence in Teaching and Supervision Awards event on Wednesday 11 June. These awards are based on student nominations and feedback, and decided in partnership with the University. Our awards are:

We celebrate the specific outstanding contributions of Norman and Cathy, and the departmental award is one to be shared by all. Well done!

Congratulations too to our finalists Sara Dimmock and Hannah Trott who won the volunteering award for their work with Inkwell, and to our course rep team for their nomination, at the YUSU Awards on Friday 13 June.
