The module lasts the whole year, with teaching continuing until Week 5 of the summer term. There is one hour of contact time per week. There is also an hour dedicated to independent study where students are expected to work on their grammar skills through the course delivered on the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).

Teaching programme

The grammar seminar will cover most grammatical aspects of the Spanish language and you will see and use them in context. By revising grammatical structures you will become more aware of their meaning and use in oral and written communication. The self-study hour will be devoted to using and reviewing the grammatical structures discussed in the seminar.
