TAP Meetings

Students should complete the TAP preparation form in Skillsforge in conjunction with their supervisor at least 2 days before the TAP is scheduled to meet. This should be electronically signed by both the student and supervisor. Once signed off, the preparation form is made visible to the additional TAP member(s). This also triggers Skillsforge to generate a new TAP meeting template for the panel to complete within the meeting itself (or shortly afterwards). 

Please note - any changes made to the TAP form, however minor, will require sign off again from all members, even if an earlier version had been signed. 

A separate Review of supervision form should also be completed at each TAP meeting by the student and non-supervisory TAP member. This should be returned to the PG Administrator after the meeting.
