Set in 18th-century Cornwall, and centred around the story of dashing gentleman miner, Ross Poldark (played by Aidan Turner), the BBC series Poldark has met with huge success. With series 2 forthcoming later this year, Debbie Horsfield will be sharing her experience of writing and developing this exciting drama. Whether you want to find out more about the screen writing and production process, have views about the use of history in historical drama, or just want to know what it is like to work with stars like Aidan Turner and Eleanor Tomlinson, come and join us for this lively and informal "In Conversation" event.
