As a part of its inaugural workshop, the UKRI and Horizon Europe funded project on "Latin American Challenges in the 21st century" (LAC-EU) is hosting a panel event on Far Right Politics featuring talks by Professor Daphne Halikiopoulou (University of York) who will speak on "Far Right in Europe and Latin America" and Professor Leslie Wehner (University of Bath) who will deliver a presentation on "The International Dimension of Latin American Populism: Global,Regional and National Impacts". The session will be chaired by Professor Vicente Ugalde (Colegio de México).

This event is open to staff and students at the University of York only.
