CGHH Director speaks on BBC Ideas: eradication of smallpox

"You just had to look at a smallpox sufferer to be horrified," says Professor Sanjoy Bhattacharya.

BBC Ideas, in partnership with the Royal Society, made a brief video on the eradication of smallpox, one of the biggest killers in the history of humanity.

The recording aimed to talk about lessons learned from the smallpox eradication story. CGHH Director Professor Sanjoy Bhattacharya was featured as part of this programme.
