Transcripts of Theoretical and Practice Hours

The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) regulates nurses and midwives in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. It sets standards for nurses and midwives to meet in their working lives.

However, should you wish to register with a overseas PSRB you will need to formally request transcripts of theoretical and practice hours, plus curriculum documentation by email from dohs-student-services@york.ac.uk.

You should also send any registration forms requiring completion (marked private and confidential) to:

Please Note: You should not confuse an Academic Transcript with a Transcript for Theoretical and Practice Hours. These are two different documents and are handled by two different university departments.

Requests for information can take up to four weeks to process, so please allow yourself plenty of time.
