• BioDriveAFS – an RCT investigating the impact of a biomarker driven Antifungal Stewardship strategy on antifungal drug use and health related quality of life for patients with acute leukaemia 
• PORTRAIT - an RCT investigating whether pain and quality of life are improved with post-operative radiotherapy compared to no radiotherapy and whether radiotherapy reduces the likelihood of further surgery in the future.
• Yorkshire Lung Screening Trial – Evaluating a community-based screening programme and its overall effect across the population
