Training Working Group

The CRF organises an annual training event focusing on key development areas for Contract and Early Career Researchers. Previously, CRF events have been conducted on grant writing, funding streams, teaching opportunities and academic citizenship - see resources and opportunities.

The CRF organises frequent training events focusing on key development areas for Contract and Early Career Researchers. Recent CRF training events have focused on the "Academic use of social media and generative AI" (October 2023) and "Equality, Diversity and Inclusion" (February 2024). Past training events have focused on Public and Patient Involvement and Engagement (January 2023), grant writing, funding streams, teaching opportunities and academic citizenship.
