How to get involved?

A pilot study is being run as part of the YEAR centre. To express your interest in taking part in the project, please fill out your details on the Google form

The workshops will run on a weekly basis from February to May at the YEAR centre. Each workshop is two hours in duration and all materials will be provided. We expect approximately 8 - 10 people to attend per session.

All members of the research team would be happy to talk through the study with you and answer any questions you may have. Please contact us if you feel there are any challenges in participating in the study but please note whilst emails are monitored there may be times when these are not checked frequently. For clinical advice and support please contact your GP.
