Abstracts
Deadline for abstracts is 14th October 2019.
If you would like to present your work relating to the theme of the meeting "Depression Prevention: Using Rigorous Research to Inform Practice and Policy" please send via email to kerry.cipriano@york.ac.uk by 14th October 2019, with an abstract of 300 words, including:
- Name, affiliation and email of presenter(s)
- Names and affiliations of any co-authors/collaborators to be credited
- Background
- Methods
- Findings
- "Take-home" message

Please send your PowerPoint presentations to Kerry Cipriano at kerry.cipriano@york.ac.uk no later than 3rd December and she will organise the presentations during the meeting. We plan to upload PDF-versions of presentations on the website after the meeting. Preparing your presentation, please allow time for discussion within your assigned slot in the scientific program.
Credit cards are accepted everywhere, but we would also recommend a small amount of cash for your time in York. We have arranged a programme for you over the two days of the conference and you may wish to spend some time in the City of York or in the North of England during your stay.

Regarding dinner and lunch
Food will be provided across the two days of the conference, with excellent provision for vegetarians. There will be a conference dinner on Tuesday 10th December and an informal get together on Monday 9th December from 7pm for those who wish to join us. All venues are within walking distance of the Principal Hotel.
