Practice Environment Profile (PEP)
Placement areas are able to view how many students have been allocated to a ward or work area, together with the student’s field of practice and year group.
Placement areas will be able to view their allocations in advance, they will also receive an email notification to the email address we have been provided with.

Time Management System (TMS)
The Time Management System is used to record student Placement hours electronically. The Student records their hours through Placements on the web and once submitted their Practice Accessor will receive an email asking them to review the timesheet.
The Time Management system is fully automated and will save time by simplifying the process of confirming hours with an aim to improve accuracy. It is easy and intuitive to use.
We have collaborated with the University of Hull and York St John to bring our practice partners guidance on using the system.
