Sally Porter
Lecturer-Practitioner in Prescribing and Medicines Optimisation

Biography

Sally qualified as a Pharmacist in 1995 and gained a diploma in Community Clinical Pharmacy in 2002.

She worked with a team of Pharmacy professionals to develop and deliver the medicines management agenda for primary care organisations in Doncaster. She has provided prescribing support to a broad range of general practice teams.

She was the Director of a multi-award winning community Pharmacy. 

Sally is a Fellow of Advance HE (FHEA).

  • BPharm (Hons) in Pharmacy
  • PgDip (Pharm) in Community Clinical Pharmacy
  • Practice Certificate in Supplementary Prescribing
  • Practice Certificate in Independent Prescribing
  • Teaching and Supporting Learning in Higher Education
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice
