Michele Siciliano is a Research Fellow within the Health Services and Policy Research Group, based in the Department of Health Sciences.
He is working with Professor Cynthia Iglesias on several interdisciplinary projects.
Prior to joining the department, Michele worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Leeds Academic Unit of Health Economics, where he collaborated in projects in the fields of Digital Pathology, Antimicrobial resistance and Joint replacement surgery.
While in Italy, Michele worked in the private sector, in the Health Economics and Market access of a medical device company.
Qualifications
Michele’s main research interest lies in the use of modern econometric and statistical techniques to inform health evaluations, with a particular curiosity in the development of new methodologies.
