Biography
Kelli is a Research Associate in the Department of Health Sciences as part of the Bradford Health Determinants Research Collaboration between the University of York and Bradford Council. Here Kelli engages with council officers across various areas providing support of taking research evidence and applying it in practice. This includes creating rapid evidence reviews and policy briefs, and devising research projects with the council, such as via policy workshops and co-production.

Research
Overview
Kelli’s research interests revolve around the social and corporate determinants of health, particularly in the spaces of food charity, food insecurity and housing. Additionally, she has current ongoing work on creating a just transition to net zero.

Kelli is the founding member of the Social Policy Association’s Climate Justice and Social Policy group, whose aim is to follow and critically assess the interactions between UK climate and social policy.
