Biography

Gemma completed her PhD in Nutrition and Type 2 Diabetes at the University of Nottingham in 2007.  Gemma then worked for 10 years as a project manager for Nestle R&D delivering global innovative solutions for the nutritional optimization of confectionery products and applying lean project management principles.
