Interested in learning disability nursing? You can still apply for places

Our three year learning disability nursing programme at the University of York is ranked as being 'outstanding' for practice experience in a recent Nursing and Midwifery Council monitoring audit. This dynamic programme prepares students to work with people with learning disabilities across a range of community based settings.

There has never been a more exciting time to join the nursing profession. There are no tuition fees and, if eligible, students are entitled to an income-assessed NHS bursary. Entry requirements for our degree programme are three A level grades BBB. Please note that we do not accept General Studies and Critical Thinking. Ideally two of the A levels must be from the academic subjects listed on our website. Others may be considered on an individual basis.

Applications may be made as soon as possible via UCAS extra at https://www.ucas.com/ucas/undergraduate/apply-and-track/track-your-application/extra-choices.
