Biography

Frankie trained at the University of York and upon qualification worked at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, as a rotational Midwife. On completion of her preceptorship she worked as a Midwifery Practice Educator, supporting staff during their preceptorship and facilitating mandatory training and undertaking quality improvement projects.

Following this, Frankie completed a secondment as a Practice Education Facilitator at St Mary's Hospital (MCS) and gained experience supporting student midwives, nurses and AHPs.

She is a Professional Midwifery Advocate and hopes this will enable students to feel supported on their journey to becoming registered midwives.
