Eleanor is an analyst in the Epidemiology and Cancer Statistics Group (ECSG), much of her work focusing on the epidemiology of haematological malignancies and the use of routine healthcare datasets for research purposes. After completing her first degree in Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Edinburgh, she trained in epidemiology at the University of Leeds where, working on several case-control studies, she completed her PhD research. Eleanor has been a member of the International Lymphoma Epidemiology Consortium (InterLymph) since its inception in 2004, and has led on several pooled analysis initiatives and collaborated on others.

Eleanor would be interested in acting as a co-supervisor for PhDs in the following areas: cancer epidemiology including using routine and healthcare datasets; systematic reviews and meta-analysis.
