Biography

Toshiko originally joined the Department as a PA to the Director of BESS project and other projects in September 2005. In September 2018, she became the departmental Student Services Administrator providing student-facing support in relation to postgraduate activities.

Departmental roles

Maintaining the postgraduate student records
Processing assessments and feedback
Responding to queries in relation to the administration of the postgraduate programmes of study
Administrating the Exceptional Circumstances affecting Assessment (ECA) and Student Support Plan (SSP) processes
Processing staff and visitor expense claims
Creating and booking Casual Workers
Other Administrative duties including room booking, catering and accommodation arrangements
