Charlotte Hartley
Project Manager

Charlotte joined the University of York in February 2020 as a Project Manager within the Department of Environment and Geography. Her role is to work with colleagues to develop the long term vision and strategy for the department. 

 

Charlotte's background is in strategic marketing and communications, and programme management. She has a BBA Management degree and Prince2 and MSP project management qualifications. She has worked across a varied range of high level, transformational projects in the public sector from developing new community buildings and offices to restructuring departments and introducing new online services. 

 

Key duties:

• Project manage the development of the long term vision and strategy
• Stakeholder management and engagement
• Internal communications associated with the development of the strategy
• Assisting in the development of core values for the department
