Former students from the Department of Environment and Geography appear in BBC series.

On Thursday 18 March three former MSc Marine Environmental Management students featured in episode three of BBC's Blue Planet Live. The programme, which explored human impacts on marine ecosystems, included scenes with Beth Taylor who is researching whale sharks off St Helena, Clemency White who is doing her PhD on sharks in the Bahamas and Jenny Cheetham who was releasing a rehabilitated turtle on the Great Barrier Reef.
