Phase One Accelerator programme partners with global Customer Service Software provider.

The partnership will enable Phase One companies to take advantage of six months of access to selected Zendesk products at no cost, access to a dedicated startups customer success team as well as access to a Startup Community including events, content and resources.

The addition of customer service and systems further adds to the Phase One offer that already provides a dedicated support programme of legal, marketing, financial and business support advice, workshops and mentoring; discounted sport facilities membership; five hours per month free meeting room usage and a range of discounts from local businesses. 

The offer is available for Phase One members that are new Zendesk customers with fewer than 100 employees and funding no greater than Series B.

Zendesk is a service-first CRM company that builds software designed to improve customer relationships. It has over 160,000 paid customer accounts in over 160 countries and territories. 

Phase One is an entrepreneurial start-up space and programme based at The Catalyst, at the heart of the University of York’s Campus East, supporting students, spinouts and digital, creative, tech and science innovators to turn their ideas into sustainable businesses.
