Publication News: The Graphics of Verse
Warm congratulations to Dr Daniel Matore on the publication of his first book, 'The Graphics of Verse: Experimental Typography in Twentieth-Century Poetry'.
The book argues that poetry became far more visual between 1900 and the present day, and it explores modernism, free verse, printing, and technology in a range of poets and critics such as Ezra Pound, Hope Mirrlees, William Carlos Williams, E.E. Cummings, Marianne Moore, David Jones, Denise Levertov, Charles Olson, Frances Motz Boldereff, and J.H. Prynne.
