To celebrate the publication by Stanford University Press of Kevin Killeen's The Unknowable in Early Modern Thought: Natural Philosophy and the Poetics of the Ineffable and Sandrine Parageau's The Paradoxes of Ignorance in Early Modern England and France, the Society for Renaissance Studies is hosting an online Crowdcast book launch, Ignorance and the Unknowable in Early Modernity, at 17:00 on 11th December, featuring Sandrine Parageau (Sorbonne) and Kevin Killeen in conversation with Katie Murphy (Oxford) and Line Cottegnies (Sorbonne), with Namratha Rao (York).
