Event details

The Centre for Renaissance and Early Modern Studies and the Renaissance School of the English Department are delighted to invite you to our launch for three books, fresh off the press in 2024.

  • David Harper, Paradise Lost and the Making of English Literary Criticism (Routledge)
  • Ezra Horbury, Reading the Margins of the Early Modern Bible (OUP / British Academy Monographs)
  • Lauren Working, The Tempest: The New Oxford Shakespeare (OUP / Oxford World's Classics)

Please join us for an introduction to the three books from the authors, wine and nibbles, and maybe even book signings. We'd warmly welcome our postgrads and staff to the event and the wine.

Contact kevin.killeen@york.ac.uk if you have any queries.
