Graeme McDonald will be opening the Spring 2015 Resistance Resources Lecture Series. His paper will examine 'petrofictions', that is, the relationship between petro-culture and fiction. His work is field-determining, and will be of interest to anyone engaged with debates about contemporary literature and culture, material culture, global or world literature, and/or postcolonial studies. He also has expertise in Scottish literature and culture. His paper will fuel our critical faculties.
