23-24 June 2006
Centre for Eighteenth Century Studies
The King’s Manor, University of York
This conference is an opportunity for postgraduates and academics in the UK and around the globe to think about their work in the light of current trends that influence the study of the long eighteenth century. The aim is to open a dialogue between different approaches, theories, and methodologies applied within and across disciplines and to encourage reflection on the present and future directions in the study of the eighteenth century and Romanticism.
