Congratulations to Dr Paul Wakeling

CRESJ's Paul Wakeling has been promoted to a personal chair in education.

Dr Paul Wakeling, currently Senior Lecturer in Education and a member of CRESJ, has been promoted to a personal chair in education from 1 August 2017.

CRESJ Director, Professor Ian Davies, said

"Congratulations to Paul on his promotion. This success is thoroughly deserved. Paul is a leading expert in his field of the sociology of higher education. He has already made significant contributions to our understanding of key issues in higher education, is closely involved in policy networks and through his work with a wide variety of stakeholders is making impressive contributions to impact.
