We are delighted to announce that the welcome reception will be held in the tranquil Museum Gardens in the centre of York. Refreshments and musical entertainment will be provided across two sites in the gardens, the 14th Century Hospitium (above) and the Yorkshire Museum (below). There will be music from the Ricardo Alvarez Jazz Quintet in the Hospitium and Christopher Mullender (‘Cello) in the Yorkshire Museum, and you are encouraged to visit both sites.

The conference dinner will be held at York's famous National Railway Musuem. This hugely popular museum is the largest railway museum in the world, with almost 1 million visitors per year. The conference dinner is a fabulous opportunity to dine amidst luxurious carriages and historic locomotives set against the backdrop of a period station.
The conference dinner costs £50 per person and includes a welcome drink, starter, main course, dessert and wine. The evening will finish with music from the Gaelstrom Ceilidh band. We look forward to seeing many of you there!
