How will you be supported?

We place your well-being at the heart of the PGCE. The programme is designed to explicitly teach strategies to promote sustainable practice, now and throughout your teaching career. Retaining high-quality teachers long-term in the profession is one of our ambitions and there are a number of planned opportunities for you to develop and practise these skills.
