Visiting Professor to study pupils' feelings about teachers on social media

Professor Antônio Alvaro Soares Zuin will be based at the Department of Education in York during 2014.

Professor Zuin, from the Federal University of Sao Carlos, Brazil, will join the Department for 12 months as an academic visiting scholar within the Psychology in Education Research Centre. 

During that time he will be undertaking research into: "How pupils express ambivalent feelings about their teachers on social media".

Professor Zuin's advisor and academic contact during this period will be Professor Chris Kyriacou.
