York student receives an award from the National Research Council of Thailand.

Dr. Nattama Pongpairoj (Chulalongkorn University) has won an award by the National Research Council of Thailand for her dissertation completed at the University of York.
As the dissertation supervisor, Dr. Danijela Trenkic received a commemorative plaque stating: “The National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) certifies this token of honour to Dr. Danijela Trenkic, the major advisor who contributed advice and supervision on the thesis ‘Variability in Second Language Article Production: A Comparison of L1 Thai and L1 French Learners of L2 English’ by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nattama Pongpairoj, who was awarded the Good Award, issued on 2 February 2013”.
