An exhibition based on an Oral History Project on Secondary Schools in York 1900-1985 is on display on the top floor landing in the Department of Education in Langwith College. The exhibition runs from 10 January to 10 February. This exhibition is based on the latest oral history project carried out by the York Archaeological Trust, which led to a book published in October 2010, authored by Van Wilson, and called "The Best Years of Our Lives? Secondary Education in York 1900-1985". A copy of the interview transcripts used in the project has been deposited in the Department and can be used for research projects and exercises.
