Profile

Biography

I am currently a PhD Student at the Department of Economics, supervised by Professor Peter Smith and Professor Zaifu Yang. My research interests include Asset Pricing, Financial Econometrics, Behaviour Finance, Financial Economics, etc. My current research topics are on pricing the publicly traded stocks in Chinese A-share stock market.
 
I obtained a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Fujian Normal University, China (July, 2006), a Master Degree in Economics from Xiamen University, China (June, 2010) and a MSc (with Distinction) in Finance and Econometrics from University of York, UK (January, 2012), with a Dissertation title: “The Distribution of China's Stock Market Returns and Normality Tests Based on Realized Volatility”.
