Research

Overview

My research has focused on a range of issues – mostly connected with wellbeing – in economics and philosophy and development economics.

Topics in economics and philosophy on which I have focused include incommensurability, capability and wellbeing, rationality, vagueness and utilitarianism.

Topics in development economics on which I have worked include concepts of development, poverty, human development, sustainable development and corruption.
