How it works
There are various ways clients can request design work from us.
If it is a brand new project, we would suggest you book a Zoom meeting for a free consultation where where we can discuss your project and show you examples of our work.
If you require an update or alteration to an existing design, please send the amendments via email to designsolutions@york.ac.uk, quoting the previous job number if possible.
We will send low resolution PDF proofs to you via email to which you can respond with any amendments. Once you have emailed to confirm you are happy to sign off the design work, we will either send this to print or send you the high resolution designs in your specified format.
