The article was written by PhD students Grace Murray (Department of English and Related Literature) and Emma Marshall (Department of History), and the project leader Dr Katherine Hunt (University of East Anglia, formerly Lecturer in English and Related Literature at York). It reflects on their CREMS-funded research project, which aimed to introduce students to early modern recipe transcription through the creation of digital resources for use in the classroom.
