Biography

Mark is a Research Fellow in Evidence Synthesis at CRD. Previous relevant experience has included systematic reviewing for NICE guidelines, and evaluation of Technology Assessment Reviews. He has also taught research methods and statistics at universities in the UK and Singapore. Mark gained his PhD from King's College London in 2005, and carried out his postdoc at Curtin University, Western Australia.

Mark qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1996, and gained 4 years of clinical experience in the NHS and Singapore. Mark is also a qualified teacher and enjoys sharing his knowledge through teaching.
