Eva Liu is a Research Fellow in Evidence Synthesis at CRD. She is interested in evidence synthesis in the field of mental health, and her research has focused on lifecourse determinants of mental health in the population, as well as processes of risk and resilience in at-risk populations.
Prior to joining CRD, Eva was a Research Fellow at the MRC Unit for Lifelong Health and Ageing at UCL, where she worked with the 1946 British birth cohort study to investigate lifecourse predictors of mental health and cognitive decline. Eva completed a PhD in Psychology at the University of Warwick (2021), where she investigated perinatal and childhood predictors of mental health and wellbeing using multiple longitudinal birth-cohort studies – she was also a member of the Horizon 2020 RECAP (Research on European Children and Adults born Preterm) consortium.
