NIHR Applied Research Collaborations

CRD is pleased to be part of two recently awarded Applied Research Collaborations (ARCs) and will be working with colleagues in the Centre for Health Economics, the Department of Health Sciences, and the Department of Social Policy and Social Work as well as with other institutions and organisations in two strategic partnerships to tackle the region’s greatest health challenges in Yorkshire and Humber and the North East and North Cumbria.
CRD will work on mental health themes as well as leading on knowledge implementation and mobilisation. CRD Director Professor Lesley Stewart said "We are delighted with the news of this success and look forward to contributing to these major strategic initiatives and supporting improvements in the regions health".
