You will work within the CRD Health Economics Team, mainly contributing to research carried out under the NIHR Technology Assessment Reviews (TAR) Programme where you will work closely with colleagues from the Centre for Health Economics (CHE). You will also contribute to other CRD HTA projects, incorporating decision analytic modelling and evidence synthesis (e.g. network meta-analysis), and to methodological projects. You will attend regular seminars and research meetings and have access to CHE training courses. Participation in the Health Economics Study Group is encouraged.
Applicants should have a Masters level qualification in health economics, mathematics, economics or statistics, significant experience of health economic evaluation and preferably a relevant PhD. An established or growing reputation in health technology assessment (HTA) and/or health economics is expected, as is a strong publication record and a commitment to developing new research.
The post is full-time and is available for a period of three years. Closing date for applications is 31st January 2017.
