The course covered areas relating to paediatrics in general practice, including child and adolescent mental health and managing a child presenting with developmental concerns, and Bob delivered talks on “things that usually aren’t cancer” along with “making sense of evidence”. The course was well received with positive feedback from the participants about their experience of the day: “Would feel more confident now about dealing with suspicious symptoms for cancer in children” and “Good summary of why it’s important to use evidence based medicine and how to do that”.
