Animal Social Networks
Dan Franks
We aim to develop new Bayesian methods for deriving and analysing social network data from observational animal studies. An example is understanding how killer whales rewire their social connections following disruptive events. We are developing models to understand disease transmission, demographic change and predict viability in these animal populations.
